Chandigarh, April 28—As many as 116 cases of unfair means, including 43 cases of impersonation were registered during the D.Ed. Part-I and II examinations and Haryana Open School Secondary and Senior Secondary examinations conducted by Haryana Board of School Education, Bhiwani yesterday. While stating this today, a spokesman of the Board said that a teacher of Rewari has also been relieved on the charge of committing irregularities in his duty.He said that the flying squad of the Secretary of the Board inspected Nuh-I and II examination centres in district Mewat during morning session and registered 61 cases of unfair means including 38 cases of impersonations. The flying squad of the Secretary handed over 29 impersonators to the Police and nine impersonators succeeded in making good their escape from the examination centre.The flying squad conducted surprise checking at Government Senior Secondary School, Rewari examination centre and registered unfair mean cases against seven students found copying in the examination, he added.


The spokesman said that Krishan Kumar, English Lecturer in Government Senior Secondary School, Kosli, who was appointed at Kosli-I examination centre in district Rewari had also been relieved for committing irregularities in the examination duty, as his wife was taking examination at this centre. Other flying squads also registered 48 cases of unfair means, he added. No.IPRDH/2011 Chandigarh, April 28—Haryana Government has decided to create a database of all privately managed educational institutions recognized or unrecognized, aided or unaided, affiliated or not affiliated to the Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani or any other statutory body empowered to do so. While stating this here today, a spokesman of School Education Department, Haryana said that the main objective behind creating a database of all privately managed educational institutions functioning in the state was to resolve quickly various issues pertaining to these institutions and bring about efficiency or transparency in the system. He said that all such institutions would be allotted unique ID code. The authorized signatory would use this code for the submission of any proposal or matter pertaining to his or her institution. As a first step, all such institutions would apply online on the website of the School Education Department, Haryana  ww.schooleducationharyana.gov.in in format—I for the allotment of unique ID code. Process would be completed by end of May, 2011, he added. Such institutions would also be required to submit online on the website of the School Education Department, Haryana www.schooleducationharyana.gov.in self declaration on format—II within 15 days from the allotment of unique ID code, said the spokesman adding that failure to do so would attract various provisions of RTE Act and Rules there under as also Haryana School Education Rules, 2003 as amended from time to time.

In continuation of Commission shortlisting Notice dated 25-04-2011 which published in various newspapers, it is notified for the information of candidates that the interview of the shortlisted eligible candidates for the post of Gram Sachiv for Panchayat Department Haryana against Advt. No. 5/2008 Cat. No. 7 dated 22-07-2008 read with corrigendum dated 19-07-2010 will commence alphabetically (as per the first letter of the name of the applicant) and in the first instance the candidates will be called for interview whose names start with Alphabet i.e. A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H & I w.e.f. 03-06-2011 to 28-06-2011 at PWD (B&R) Rest House Karnal, Rewari, Canal Rest House Yamunanagar, Commission Office Bays No. 67-70, Sec-2, Panchkula as per date, place and time indicated in the call letter.
The call letters will be issued separately and eligible candidates are advised to attend the interview on the date & place mentioned in the call letter. If any candidate, whose name starts with Alphabet A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H & I and possesses the required cut off points as mentioned in the aforesaid shortlisting Notice does not receive call letter upto 25-05-2011, he/ she is advised to contact the Haryana Staff Selection Commission , Panchkula along with original Mark Sheets/ Certificates, Photograph, Receipt of Registry etc. in support of his/ her qualifications and proof of having deposited the requisite fee during the office hours for receipt of duplicate Roll No. as per schedule given below:-

The alphabetically interview schedule in respect of remaining shortlisted eligible candidates will be published separately.
Note:- However such candidates who do not possess the minimum cut off points for short listing in their respective categories as per Commission Notice dated 25-04-2011 are advised not to contact the Commission office for receipt of duplicate call letter.

Man held for kidnap, murder - Rewari

Rewari, Apr 19 (PTI) A person was arrested here for the abduction and murder of a 27-year-old man at a place in Rajasthan due to rivalry between two gangs, police said today. Sunil, a resident of Dharuhera Chungi area here, was yesterday produced in a local court which remanded him in judicial custody for two days, they said. He who along with six other persons had allegedly kidnapped and then murdered Krishan Sharma, son of Pushpa Sharma, a government employee here. Sunil's accomplices are, however, absconding. The gangsters, who had abducted Krishan from Anand Nagar colony here on April 13, had pierced his eyes and chopped off his private organs and later dumped the body on a rail track near Neem Ka Thana town in neighbouring Rajasthan, from where it was recovered on April 15. Krishan was allegedly member of a rival gang.

A woman allegedly committed suicide here over dowry by jumping in front of a moving train, Railway Police officials said on Tuesday.

Asha Yadav (27) ended her life by jumping before a moving train on the Rewari-Jaipur track here on Monday, following which, a case has been registered against four persons for allegedly abetting her suicide, they said.

The Government Railway Police has booked her husband Sandeep Yadav, father-in-law Suresh Yadav, mother-in-law Prem Devi and sister-in-law (husband's sister) Poonam Yadav, all residents of Mohalla Bara Talab here for harassing her over dowry.

A case has been registered under section 498-A (subjecting a woman to cruelty) and 304-B (dowry death) of the IPC after a complaint was lodged by the deceased's brother Pawan Yadav.

The complainant alleged has that his sister Asha, who got married to Sandeep on November 23, 2010, was persistently harassed for more dowry by her in-laws and when the situation became unbearable, she ended her life.

Rewari (Haryana), Mar 24 (PTI) Justice (retd) Nirmal Yadav, who is facing charges in the 2008 cash-at-judge's-door scam, was honoured at a college function here today. Haryana's Finance Minister Ajay Singh Yadav, who is also the younger brother of Nirmal Yadav, presided over the function.Speaking at the occasion, Nirmal Yadav, against whom the CBI filed a chargesheet in the case on March 4, said she had discharged her judicial responsibilities to the best of her competence. The cash-at-judge's door scam had rocked the Punjab and Haryana High Court, where Justice Yadav was a judge before being shifted to Uttrakhand later, after a sum of Rs 15 lakh was wrongly delivered at the residence of another HC judge on August 13, 2008, following which the latter reported the matter to the Chandigarh Police.
